Responsible:
- Handling daily check in and check outs
- Coordinating housekeepers with their cleaning schedule
- Solving guests related matters
- Responding to guests inquiries within minutes
- Ensuring good cleanliness of the homestay with daily supervision of housekeepers performance
- Special tasks as directed by management level superior
Requirements
- Efficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking and writing, efficiency in Mandarin will be a plus point for your employment
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Own transportation preferably with own car

Full time position
RM1800-2000
Responsible:
- Handling daily check out house cleaning and change linens
- Clean up all units on time
- Assists on operation when needed
- Ensuring good cleanliness of the homestay
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English or Malay
- Able to work OT when requested but not more than 2 hours a day.

Full time position
RM1800-2500
Responsible
- Carry maintenance work which include, plumbing, electrical, leaking, Ac service & etc
- Schedule maintenance check – Other general works assigned by superior – Provide improvement / preventive plan – Reporting
- Able to standby on call after working hour for urgent task
- Minimum related experience of 2 years
- Possess own transport, preferably with driving and motor license
