Who We Are

Founded in 2018, V Stay is a leading homestay and short stay management company in Malaysia. We provide end-to-end services to our property owners, from interior designing, property renovation, property photography, property listing content writing, property administration, homestay guest and short stay rent management services. We aspire to become the one-stop solution for all property investment owners.

Since inception, we have managed over 70 properties ranging from studio to 3-bedrooms apartment in Kuala Lumpur. Our team has strong experience and in-depth understanding of the Malaysia property booking and renting market. Coupled with the latest technology in property management software such as Airbnb, Agoda Home and several property rental platforms, we consistently deliver excellent customer service to our property guests and owners.

We provide short term rental periods ranging from 1 month to 3 months to guests who have a short term stay needs in Kuala Lumpur. We have a wide range of properties to choose from, each with its own distinct features and amenities.

How We Work

Contact Us

WhatsApp us with your property location, size and photos (if have). We will arrange a site visitation with you. A consultation session will be conduct after the visit in 1-2 days.

Consultation

We will give you our recommendation after the site visitation. The recommendation will be included unit re-make up suggestion and income estimation as well as our package offering to you.

Kick Start

Once agreement signed, your property will be ready to accept guest in 5 days to 2 weeks time (if re-makeup needed). You will have a mobile app to log in to view your daily bookings and earnings.
